It's a Icarus Attack flavored card that belongs to the Scareclaw theme, and the strengths and weaknesses of this kind of card follow those. What makes this card better than those cards is the ability to search with the effect of Scareclaw Reichheart and the existence of his GY effect.

Don't underestimate that it's just 《Icarus Attack》. It would be a different story if it was searchable and had an excellent bonus effect.
As already written, the lesser Scareclaws that line up after using the effect of 《Scareclaw Tri-Heart》often end up as a wall during the opponent's turn, and being able to turn it into a double destruction is nothing but excellent.
Unlike Godova, the activation of the card has the name Turn 1, but since it can be easily brought in with 《Scareclaw Reichheart》, the minimum number of cards to use is 1, so there is no problem.
Forget about the effects when Vi-sama is present. This is because Vi-sama is usually Synchro or Link material during the opponent's turn and does not exist on the field.
(2) His GY effect is also strong, and can block the effect of Link Monster, which Treichheart is not good at (it is a permanent effect, so there is no problem). 《Icarus Attack》for Scareclaw only. For the time being, you have to be careful about making his own Link Monster his negate, but he is not the type to activate the forced defense & resistance effect of Scareclaw's trump card, Treich Heart. There is no problem in operating with pure construction.

With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that you can destroy two cards on the opponent's field in exchange for a "Scareclaw" monster. If "Visas Stafrost" exists, I think it's a strength that you can even remove it.
Even if it is sent to GY, the effect of (2) will block the activation of Link Monster's effect, so I think there is no waste.
The link 3 or higher monsters, which are the conditions for the effect of (2), are compatible with the "Scareclaw" Deck because 《Scareclaw Tri-Heart》has an effect that does not involve activation.
